21.01.2024թ. Ֆրանսիական Լույս» ասոցիացիայի և Գյումրու համայնքապետարանի հովանու ներքո այսօր՝ հունվարի 21-ին, Գյումրիում բացվել է «Հայ-ֆրանսիական հոգեբանական և սոցիալական աջակցման» կենտրոն։

Կենտրոնի բացմանը ներկա են եղել Ֆրանսիայի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Հոգեշնորհ Տ․ Գրիգոր վարդապետ Խաչատրյանը, «Ֆրանսիական Լույս»
Ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Լևոն Խաչատրյանը, հոգեբուժական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Արմեն Սողոյանը, հերոսների հոգեբանական վերականգնման քաղաքի հիմնադիր Սուրեն Արեենցը, հոգեբաններ ֆրանսիայից և այլք։

Կենտրոնի բացմանը ներկա է եղել նաև Գյումրի համայնքի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Մենուա Մկրտչյանը, ով ներկաներին փոխանցել է համայնքի ղեկավար Վարդգես Սամսոնյանի ողջույնի և շնորհավորանքի խոսքը։

2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ձևավորված ասոցիացիան տարաբնույթ ծառայություններ է մատուցում՝ բժշկա-հոգեբանականից մինչև անվճար ճաշարան՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց համար։

Կենտրոնի բացումից անմիջապես հետո միջոցառման մասնակիցներին հյուրընկալել են Գյումրի համայնքի ղեկավար Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը, համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Ջանոյանը։

Ողջունելով ներկաներին, համայնքի ղեկավարն իր խոսքում կարևորել է կենտրոնի բացումը, խոսել մինչ այս հիմնադրամի հետ ունեցած համագործակցությունների, հետագա ծրագրերի և մի շարք այլ հարցերի մասին։

January 21 was marked with the opening of the "Armenian-French psychological and social support" in Gyumri funded by the “Lumière Française” association and Gyumri municipality.

The opening ceremony was hosted by:

The leader of the Armenian Diocese of France, His Eminence Grigor Khachatryan, “Lumière Française”
The president of the association Levon Khachatryan, the president of the psychiatric association Armen Soghoyan, the founder of the city of psychological rehabilitation of heroes Suren Areents, psychologists from France and others.

Gyumri mayor’s adviser Menua Mkrtchyan was also present at the opening of the center, who conveyed Gyumri mayor Vardges Samsonyan’s welcoming and congratulatory speech to the guests.

The association formed after the 44-day war of 2020, provides various services, from medical and psychological to a free canteen, for people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh.

After the opening of the center, the participants of the event were hosted by the mayor of Gyumri Vardges Samsonyan and the deputy mayor Suren Janoyan.

Welcoming the attendees, the mayor emphasized the importance of the opening of the center, talked about the previous cooperation with this foundation, future plans and a number of other issues.
