  Being a former graduate of Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute, Samvel Balasanyan stressed in his congratulatory speech the important role of the institute in Shirak and Javakhk regions. The rector of Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute V. Grigoryan was awarded with mayor’s gold medal. Certificates were also given to 21 employees of the institute.
