Dear graduates,
  I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the Last Bell, one of the most important events of your life. Today you are entering a new life with the new and bold goals and dreams and together with your school knowledge, invaluable humanitarian and patriotic values, you will be able to overcome any challenges and contribute to flourishing of our independent land. Many of you have already chosen the future profession and your way of life; others are still standing in front of a responsible choice. I am more than sure that you will make the right choice and become the worthy heirs of our heroic ancestors and newly independent state. I also congratulate the teachers and the parents and hope that all their dreams connected with them will come true.
