Dear students, faculty and staff,
I heartily congratulate you on the September 1st; the start of the new academic year. I am sending my special congratulations and warm wished in particular the first grade students this day of knowledge, and wish that these years to be the most memorable and productive.
On the occasion of this day I am congratulating all the representatives of the sphere of education who with their great devotion and high sense of responsibility carry on this mission and I wish them robust energy towards their work.
Educated and developed society is the base of country’s stable progress and only with knowledge we will be able to strengthen and empower our statehood.
