Dear children,
I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of International Children's Day. The holiday is filled with great warmth and sense of responsibility, bringing together the humanity of the world to an important issue for all of us; for protecting the rights and interests of the children, as well as giving solutions to their health, education and upbringing problems.
The innocent smiles, warmth and clapping of children give meaning to our lives, and we must do everything to keep their planet colorful and careless.
