On November 8 the mayor of Gyumri Samvel Balasanyan welcomed the participants of Armenian Jazz 75th anniversary concert of jazzmen Levon Malkhasyan, Armen Hyusnunts and Armen Tutunjyan. Jubilee concert was held within the framework of ''Gyumri CIS cultural capital 2013''. Samvel Balasanyan highly appreciated the contribution of jazzmen and thanked for preserving the best traditions in Armenia particularly in Gyumri. In the end, Samvel Balasanyan handed certificates and souvenirs to the musicians.
